The Tipping Point Simulation™ is a nationally successful half-day leadership development simulation showing managers how to set up changes that last. In small teams, participants compete on a case study to see who can create the longest lasting change - on time and on budget. The simulation concludes with discussion of best practices for creating, sustaining and managing change, after which participants apply learning to their own projects. Designed exclusively for mid to upper level leaders with budget and headcount authority.

OBJECTIVE
Learn a clear, real-time lesson in management and best practices for creating, sustaining and managing change. Return to Fuqua and take advantage of this opportunity to meet, network and connect with students and alumni.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER
George Smart is a nationally recognized strategic consultant for leadership development and executive coaching. Drawing from an MBA from Duke's Fuqua School of Business plus training from the Center for Creative Leadership and the Einstein School of Medicine, George speaks on leadership to Fortune 500 companies and national associations on how to make the workplace less insane and more profitable.  Some of his clients include Boeing, Bayer, Microsoft, GlaxoSmithKline, the National Society of Professional Engineers, the CIA. Away from the podium, George plays armchair detective in search of the Knights Templar, special agents of the Pope in the 12th century. George and his book, The Knights Templar Chronology , were featured in a recurring History Channel documentary, Decoding the Past.  He is Board Chair of Triangle Modernist Archive, the nation's largest historical preservation website for cool, modernist residential architecture.
