At the Fuqua School of Business, COLE serves as an umbrella for leadership activities within the school and a bridge to leadership and ethics efforts throughout Duke University by working closely with various groups to build on existing programs as well as in developing new ones.

Leadership development course. Designed for the senior players and team captains of the Duke's Men and Women Lacrosse Teams. Program designed and taught by Joe Leboeuf, (Professor of the Practice of Management and COLE Center Scholar) in conjunction with the ROTC Battalion Commander, and in coordination with the team's Head Coaches.

Spring 2009

Advance leadership development course for the Hart Leadership Program built around a significant study of Leadership Development at Duke University. Program led by Joe Leboeuf, Professor of the Practice of Management and COLE Center Scholar.
