Fuqua Leadership and Ethics Curriculum | Extracurricular (Student) Programs

 

The Fuqua/Coach K Center on Leadership & Ethics (COLE) has been entrusted by the Daytime MBA Program with the development of a two-year ethical leadership development plan. In the past, this has included the management of two existing core courses, integration of leadership and ethics into other courses, the development of new leadership and ethics electives, and collaboration with the Leadership Development Initiative (LDI) student club and Leadership Fellows to develop extracurricular experiences and leadership tools. The objective is to create a transformational and continuous experience through the students' two years that would be a mix of classroom knowledge, curricular and extracurricular application, and supplementary learning.

COLE aspires to develop DayMBA students who are not only technically excellent, but who possess the leadership skills and ethics acumen to improve the organizations that they enter and rise through the ranks.

COLE has a major influence on the study of leadership and ethics by enlightening its various audiences about new views and ideas pertaining to leadership and ethics. Through its committed innovation, COLE will broaden the frontiers of knowledge, and create new methods to deliver that knowledge to its constituents by achieving the following objectives:
